Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the hands-on support and maintenance of end-user hardware and software. Day-to-day tasks involve diagnosing hardware and software faults on notebooks, desktops, and mobile devices, installing and setting up new IT workstations, and documenting all technical processes within a ticketing system. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, solid knowledge of Windows Client operating systems, and practical experience using IT support and ticketing systems.
