Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist based in Berlin, focusing on providing comprehensive service and VIP support for a traditional Berlin company. The specialist will be responsible for resolving IT issues independently, managing service appointments, and providing direct on-site support to end-users. Key daily tasks include installing and configuring hardware, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support, and managing PCs, notebooks, and printers. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT system integration or application development, multi-year experience in IT support, and strong command of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, and SAPGUI. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable work environment, short decision-making paths, and the potential for direct employment after an initial temporary contract.
