Job Summary

This Senior IT Network Security Engineer role in Dresden offers an exciting opportunity to conceptualize and manage complex network infrastructures, acting as a critical firewall against operational challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing bespoke network security solutions for clients, implementing LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures, and configuring essential DNS/DHCP systems and firewalls. The role requires conducting technical consulting sessions with clients, evaluating emerging technologies for integration, and providing operational network support, including regular on-call duty. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and professional experience as a System Engineer in the networking field, coupled with strong expertise in LAN, WLAN, and firewall technologies within enterprise environments.
