Day-to-day responsibilities include handling 2nd Level Support tasks in a production-related environment, processing support requests at the customer location concerning Windows clients, Android devices, networking, and telecommunications, and executing ticket-based IT support independently. The ideal candidate will possess an IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), solid networking knowledge (Layer 1-3 switching), experience with Windows environments, and familiarity with ticket and RFS systems.
