The IT Service Technician will be responsible for the installation and configuration of diverse hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing system malfunctions, and developing appropriate technical solutions. A key component of the role is providing IT support, answering specialized questions, and assisting end-users with their technical issues, all while meticulously documenting every step.
