Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Specialist in Berlin offers a chance for a long-term, permanent position supporting a traditional Berlin company. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT workplace management, including installing and configuring hardware (PCs, printers), setting up new workstations completely, and conducting hardware relocations during site changes. A key part of the job involves providing high-discretion support to VIP clients, troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Windows 10 issues, and configuring systems using Active Directory and SAP GUI. The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or similar, at least two years of professional experience in IT support, and fluent German language skills.
