Job Summary

This role is based in Ingolstadt and involves managing the retail IT infrastructure for a major retailer. As a Microsoft Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the implementation of new technologies. Day-to-day tasks include performing changes to the IT infrastructure, managing system documentation and knowledge, participating in IT project planning and execution, and providing 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft Servers. A key focus is on incident and problem management, analyzing and resolving system disruptions, and operating the Windows Server infrastructure, including access rights and associated applications. The ideal candidate possesses a successful IT education or comparable qualification, strong knowledge of Windows Server architectures, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, coupled with initial practical experience in Microsoft 365.
