Job Summary

This role seeks an IT-savvy professional to join a market-leading company in Hamburg specializing in IT solutions and service management, offering tailored services from infrastructure monitoring and cloud solutions to complete outsourcing. As an IT Service Technician, you will be crucial in providing 2nd Level Support within a production environment, executing Windows Client Support directly at customer sites, and implementing iOS and network solutions. Day-to-day tasks include processing support requests via a ticketing system and realizing individual IT projects. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications, coupled with strong practical experience in Windows 10/11 Enterprise, BIOS Upgrades, PowerShell, and Batch Scripting. Expertise in Windows Driver Diagnostics, Log Analysis, BitLocker, and IP Networking is essential for success in this dynamic, full-time position, which includes the option for permanent employment after an initial contract period.
