Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site and remote support for mobile devices within the client environment of a well-known German vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. The Service Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of mobile endpoints, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, from initial deployment and commissioning to ongoing 2nd Level Support and troubleshooting. Key daily activities include device delivery, user support via a Mobility Shop or Hotline, SIM card management, asset tracking, and processing requests/incidents using a ticketing system. Candidates should have experience in order processing, customer service, or telemarketing, coupled with strong knowledge of user support for mobile communication devices and familiarity with common smartphones. This is a full-time, permanent position (initially via temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover) offering flexible hours and a flat organizational hierarchy.
