This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in 2nd Level Onsite Support for a prominent IT services and engineering solutions company, working directly at a major industrial client location in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing hands-on, second-level technical support for Windows client systems, iOS devices, networking, and telecommunications infrastructure. The technician will be responsible for capturing and processing customer inquiries, managing support tasks via ticketing systems, and executing individual project assignments. Key qualifications include a completed vocational degree in IT (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development), knowledge of current Windows operating systems and standard applications (like MS Office and Adobe), and a Class B driver's license. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Application Development or System Integration), Industrial Systems Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, Assistant for Informatics, or comparable qualification.

  • Professional experience in IT support or service technician role
