Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a leading technology service provider in Ingolstadt, specializing in complete lifecycle services for IT products, particularly within Device as a Service environments for major industrial clients across Germany. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for executing essential maintenance, service, and repair work on a variety of devices including PCs, notebooks, printers, plotters, and associated peripherals from multiple manufacturers. Key duties involve hardware and software installation, network configuration, and acting as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries. Candidates must possess experience in 2nd Level Support, excellent German language skills, and a Class B driving license.
