Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated IT Service Technician to join a renowned specialist in Managed Services and IT infrastructure, with the exciting prospect of international travel, specifically for deployments on cruise ships. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 2nd Level Support for client systems and endpoints, performing hardware replacements for defective components, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and installing and configuring PCs and notebooks for users. A key part of the job is meticulous documentation of all processes within a ticketing system and providing expert consultation to customers regarding IT problems. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, and strong experience in 2nd Level fault resolution. The position requires excellent proficiency in both German and English, good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office products, and a willingness to travel internationally.
