Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated IT Rollout Technician in Berlin to join a team supporting the IT infrastructure of renowned industrial companies and public authorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering IT devices to customers, implementing and testing hardware and associated peripheral devices, and conducting handover discussions, user training, and documentation creation. The role focuses heavily on hardware and software provisioning, rollouts, and 1st and 2nd level IT support, often performed on-site or as field service. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, foundational knowledge of Windows 10, and rollout experience is desirable.
