Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Specialist to join a global IT service provider, focusing on supporting the digitalization of corporate processes. The core responsibilities involve acting as the primary contact for user support requests, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Day-to-day tasks include processing user requests from initial logging and error analysis through to developing and implementing solutions. The specialist will also be responsible for client installation, administration, and conducting user training sessions. Candidates should have a completed professional qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, possess initial professional experience in IT service and support, and be proficient in both German and English.
