Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Technician to provide dedicated Onsite 2nd Level Support for client workstations at a prominent automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. Working within a professional team, the core responsibilities involve managing the entire lifecycle of client support, including implementing new software and hardware solutions directly within the production environment. Day-to-day tasks will focus on application support for production software, rigorous fault analysis, troubleshooting, and diligent maintenance of system documentation and operating manuals. The ideal candidate must possess vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with solid expertise in Windows systems and practical experience in application support and fault management.
