Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Technician seeking a long-term position within a leading Managed Services company in Augsburg. The core responsibilities involve providing 2nd Level Support and onsite services, efficiently resolving IT issues, and managing support tickets related to Incidents, Service Requests, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Break & Fix tasks. Daily duties include performing device warranty repairs on desktops, notebooks, and tablets, installing operating systems and software both remotely and directly onsite, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for onsite services. Key qualifications include demonstrable technical experience in field service, strong knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (especially Windows 10/11), and familiarity with client peripherals and mobile devices. This position offers a diverse range of tasks in an international environment with the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
