This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician based in Berlin, focusing on providing 1st and 2nd Level Client and Mobile Support within a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client devices running Windows 10 and macOS, handling mobile support for iOS and Android devices, including Mobile Device Management (MDM), and assisting end-users with new device setup, data migration, and hardware installation.
