Job Summary
This role is ideal for an engaged IT Support Specialist looking to join a leading international company focused on industrial technologies and IT infrastructure solutions, supporting complex digitalization and automation projects. The core responsibilities involve independently executing service orders, primarily focused on IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, dismantling, and modifying client systems and printers, performing installations, expansions, and changes to IT systems (PCs, notebooks, printers) across various locations, and conducting functional tests post-installation. Essential qualifications include an IT-related education or equivalent experience, initial practical experience in IT support, and strong technical understanding of client systems and printers. The position requires a structured, service-oriented approach and offers a permanent contract with competitive compensation and potential for direct employment with the client.
