Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support services for a leading German IT service provider, focusing on the Potsdam area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Key daily activities include conducting onsite error analysis and resolving hardware, software, and network disturbances, managing service requests via a ticketing system, and setting up/dismantling user workstations. A completed qualification in IT system integration or electronics, coupled with multi-year professional experience in onsite support and strong proficiency in Active Directory and standard hardware (including mobile devices), is required.
