Job Summary

This Senior Project Manager role involves leading the strategic and operational development of a high-visibility, nationwide scholarship program focused on 'Future Mobility' for the ADAC Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the comprehensive concept, establishing funding guidelines, selection processes, and support structures, while managing all project phases including budget and resource planning. A critical component of the role is extensive networking, building and maintaining cooperation with universities, research institutions, political stakeholders, and external service providers. Candidates must possess a Master's degree, significant professional experience in project management (ideally within the foundation, university, or scientific sector), and deep knowledge of the German funding and scientific landscape. This position requires strong conceptual abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 level) to present decisions to executive boards and committees, driving real change towards sustainable mobility.
