Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Manager for a high-end technology company within the defense industry in Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the technical management during the proposal phase and system development lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating concepts for complex systems and subsystems, conducting detailed requirements analyses, and defining corresponding specifications. A key part of the role is planning and coordinating system qualification with external stakeholders, performing system tests, and creating resource estimates and schedules. Furthermore, you will present technical proposals directly to clients and define technical decision templates. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering and possesses professional experience in technical project leadership. Expertise in radio and communications technology, signal/data processing solutions, and IT hardware design is essential, along with proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and network protocols. This position requires fluent German and English skills, and a readiness for worldwide travel.
