Job Summary
As an SAP Logistics and Process Manager for Airbus Aerostructures in Nordenham, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and implementing SAP solutions across key modules including MM, PP, SD, and WM/EWM. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing business processes, defining technical specifications, and managing the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to go-live. You will serve as a bridge between functional departments and technical development, performing customizing tasks, conducting integration tests, and providing high-level support. This role is unique because it offers the opportunity to work with a global aerospace leader, influencing large-scale supply chain efficiency and system integrity. You will be responsible for coordinating external service providers, creating KPIs for performance monitoring, and conducting user training. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of project management, technical SAP configuration, and process improvement within a highly regulated and innovative industrial environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT and Information Systems
- Proven experience in Project Management and process improvement
- Practical experience in Supply Chain and Logistics environments
- Experience in SAP module configuration and technical specification translation
- Experience in leading SAP projects from concept to go-live
- Experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support and error analysis

Additional
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Germany (approximately monthly). Must be eligible to work at Airbus Aerostructures sites.
