Job Summary

As an Electronics Development Engineer for Naval Solutions, you will lead the design and development of complex hardware components for maritime and military applications. Your daily responsibilities include designing power electronics, analog-digital circuits, and multilayer PCBs featuring fine-pitch SMD and BGA technologies. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of electronic systems, from initial requirements definition and concept creation to series production readiness. This involves coordinating mechatronic and software interfaces, integrating video processing systems, and ensuring compliance with IPC, VDE, MIL, and EMC standards. You will also oversee external development partners and support manufacturing launches. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the development of electronic modules and systems up to series production.
  • Extensive experience with complex digital and logic circuits with high clock rates.
  • Proven experience working in military or maritime environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating with external cooperation partners.
  • Practical experience with manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and testing specifications.
