Job Summary

This role within the Project & Cooperation Management team focuses on leading and shaping groundbreaking scientific initiatives and collaborations. The Research Projects and Events Manager will coordinate scientific projects from initial planning through execution, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment. A core responsibility involves meticulously organizing and managing scientific events, such as symposia, retreats, and workshops, while also developing and implementing robust science communication strategies. This includes creating engaging content for internal and external audiences via newsletters and social media. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant field like Life Sciences or Communication, coupled with proven experience in project coordination and event organization, ideally within an academic setting. The position requires excellent English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative research environment with hybrid work options.
