Job Summary
This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional eager to ensure the smooth operation of diverse system landscapes within a leading German IT service company. The IT Service Technician will be central to maintaining operational efficiency, primarily handling 1st and 2nd level support tickets, resolving disruptions while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person service desks, maintaining accurate asset data, and actively contributing to IT projects. Candidates should possess solid expertise in Windows and Office environments, standard hardware, and excellent German language skills (C1 minimum). The position requires independent work, a Class B driving license, and offers long-term project assignments with high potential for permanent customer takeover.
