Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and technical services, primarily focusing on IT rollouts and end-user assistance within a major international IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and replacement of various IT hardware (clients, notebooks, monitors, printers, peripherals) and managing network connections and IP addresses. The technician will perform hardware and software troubleshooting, adhering to SLA requirements, and providing support to users and project teams. Key qualifications include formal IT training or at least one year of recent practical experience, strong hardware/software knowledge, particularly concerning Android and iOS mobile devices, and familiarity with ticketing systems. Excellent German and basic English skills are required for effective communication and documentation.

Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in IT

Experience

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in the IT field within the last 3 years
  • Practical experience in 2nd Level Support or current manufacturer certification
  • User experience with ticketing systems or similar documentation workflow
  • Experience in cabling and connecting IT devices
  • Experience in executing technical work steps according to defined processes
