Job Summary

This role involves supporting the construction and project management teams in implementing complex technical requirements and coordinating critical interfaces between various trades. The Project Manager will actively contribute to cost calculation, as well as the creation and verification of specifications for Technical Building Equipment (TGA). Key responsibilities include leading subcontractor negotiations based on both technical and economic criteria, performing regular on-site quality control, documenting defects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee the technical construction execution through to final acceptance, guaranteeing all technical requirements are met. Qualifications require a Master Craftsman certificate in Plumbing and Heating, or a state-certified HVAC Technician qualification, coupled with deep familiarity with relevant regulations (DIN, VOB).
