The Senior Director Tax will be crucial in developing the group's tax optimization strategies, continuously evolving the transfer pricing strategy, and leading complex tax audits and appeal proceedings. Key requirements include 10+ years of professional experience in a similar international leadership role, deep knowledge of German and international tax law, and ideally, successful completion of the German Tax Advisor exam. The role requires strong analytical skills and excellent German and English communication abilities, operating within the Group Finance Leadership Team and collaborating closely with the CFO to ensure group tax compliance and support special projects.
