Job Summary

This Engineering Manager role involves leading one or more cross-functional teams (6–8 engineers) focused on developing scalable, high-impact software solutions for complex supply chain problems, specifically within assortment and procurement. The manager will balance technical execution, architectural guidance, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with broader product and business goals. Key responsibilities include defining roadmaps in partnership with Product, Data, and Operations stakeholders, driving operational and engineering excellence, and fostering a healthy, inclusive engineering culture. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in backend services (Kotlin/Go), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), and stream processing (Kafka), coupled with proven experience in people management, mentorship, and defining long-term technical strategy in an agile, fast-paced environment.
