Job Summary

The Senior Data Scientist will join the AI Decisioning team within the Communications Tribe, focusing on optimizing customer engagement through advanced predictive analytics and machine learning. This role involves complex feature engineering, developing robust data features, and applying state-of-the-art analytical techniques to maximize the performance of an AI decisioning platform. Day-to-day activities include leading predictive analysis for personalization and churn, championing model performance through validation and A/B testing, and acting as a strategic partner to Product and Marketing teams to translate findings into actionable insights. A key focus will be exploring and leveraging Generative AI for content automation and scaling, directly influencing global customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong quantitative background, expertise in the core Data Science tech stack (Python, SQL, ML methodologies), and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset to deliver measurable business outcomes.
