Job Summary

This role is a dynamic opportunity for a Process Manager to optimize and manage critical back-office system services within the German electricity supply system. You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of system services, ensuring all procedures are transparent, accurate, and completed on schedule. Key daily tasks involve coordinating extensively with internal and external stakeholders, meticulously documenting decisions, and maintaining oversight of complex process steps. A crucial component of the role is performing cost analysis, preparing regulatory reports for institutions like the BNetzA and ACER, and ensuring impeccable data quality. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, or Economics, coupled with several years of experience in process management or energy economics. You will actively contribute to the stability of the European grid and the energy transition by identifying optimization potential and supporting the development of the IT landscape, making this a highly relevant and future-oriented position.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in process-related, analytical, or energy economics fields
  • Professional experience ideally related to data or process management
