The Onsite IT Support Specialist will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of support requests, including logging, classifying, and resolving incidents related to network, Windows systems, and hardware. Key daily tasks involve onsite troubleshooting, device configuration, software installation during rollouts, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services at various locations within Hamburg. Candidates must possess a completed IT-related education, solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and Windows operating systems, and a Class 3 driver's license to manage the required travel and onsite duties effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to be a critical, hands-on problem solver.
