Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing district-level and cross-district projects focused on Business Process Management (BPM) within the Berlin public administration, specifically adhering to the Berlin E-Government Act (EGovG). The specialist will be responsible for developing and refining conceptual foundations for BPM, initiating and leading process optimization (GPO) projects, particularly within the Social Policy field, and ensuring the successful implementation of defined target processes. Key responsibilities include leading process analysis, conducting independent GPO activities, and supporting the implementation of optimized processes across the district. Candidates must possess a scientific university degree (Master's or equivalent) in relevant fields like Administration, Economics, or IT, coupled with practical experience in organizational management, project management, and/or IT/Communication Technology. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible working hours and opportunities to contribute directly to public welfare.

Required Skills

Education

Scientific university degree (Master's or University Diploma) in Administrative Sciences, Economics, Business Informatics, Organizational Sociology, or a comparable field. Alternatively, fulfillment of the legal career requirements for the second entry level of career group two (formerly higher service) of the general administrative service.
