Job Summary
This role requires a dedicated professional to act as the Project Manager for the critical "New Work" initiative within the District Office Mitte in Berlin. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing core conceptual foundations, analyzing strategic objectives for modern administrative work, and translating these into actionable goals. The manager will oversee comprehensive project management, including planning, resource allocation, and controlling, while actively steering multiple sub-projects. A crucial element is facilitating organizational change by developing and supporting the implementation of modern working methods across various district departments. Candidates must hold a scientific university degree (Master's level) in Administrative Sciences, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
