Job Summary
This role is for a proactive student assistant to join the Facility Management unit of the Berlin-Mitte district office, specifically supporting the School Property Department. The successful candidate will contribute to the administration and management of school buildings and properties, serving as a key point of contact for users regarding property-related needs. Day-to-day tasks include initiating and overseeing measures for residential service buildings, managing emergency assignments, monitoring service quality, and handling various contracts from negotiation to execution. The position also involves data entry and maintenance for property management, cost optimization, and preparing utility statements. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in public administration and facility/property management within a supportive and family-friendly work environment in the heart of Berlin.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree program (at least 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or Commercial Law.
Experience
- Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program (at least 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or Commercial Law.
- Acquired at least 60 Credit Points/ECTS in Bachelor's studies.
