Job Summary

This role involves managing and developing critical IT services and applications within a major hospital setting, focusing primarily on the Hospital Information System (HIS) and the electronic patient record. The specialist will ensure continuous service delivery for application services, particularly within the HIS domain (e.g., I.s.h.med-Basis). Key responsibilities include coordinating Incident and Problem Management processes, documenting and analyzing customer requirements for clinical systems (such as PROMs and sensitive data mapping), and leading workshops for requirements identification and test case preparation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience in HIS, possess initial experience in release management and milestone planning, and demonstrate strong communication skills for effective collaboration and project steering.
