Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary technical administrator responsible for the cross-divisional and proper acceptance of fault, customer, and service reports. Day-to-day tasks include providing qualified information and behavioral instructions, even in critical situations, prioritizing incoming reports, and immediately initiating necessary corrective measures. The role requires strong communication and cross-divisional cooperation, particularly with the control center, and meticulous documentation of reports in relevant IT systems. Candidates must be a certified Master Craftsman in Electrical, Mechanical, or Installation Technology, or hold a comparable qualification, coupled with experience in electricity, gas, water, and district heating supply and installation. Expertise in fault management, strong customer focus, and the ability to maintain an overview under pressure are crucial. This position requires working in a rotating shift system.
