Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join a leading provider of cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) applications. The core responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of user inquiries, from initial intake and documentation to resolution. You will independently analyze issues, escalate complex problems when necessary, and play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality helpdesk documentation and training users on the applications. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and possess initial experience in IT support or helpdesk functions.
