This role is for an experienced Service Technician specializing in bank automation systems, working within the Greater Berlin area for KEMAS GmbH, a leader in connecting the physical and digital worlds through IoT and Industry 4.0 solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical maintenance, repair, and commissioning of KEBA Group bank ATMs and associated handover systems. Key daily tasks include managing dispatcher-controlled initial and escalation deployments using a modern mobile app, training bank ATM supervisors and logistics staff, and collaborating with external service partners. The position requires a completed technical vocational training in fields like Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, ideally paired with practical experience servicing self-service (SB) systems, focusing on both hardware and software. Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a high degree of personal responsibility are essential for success in this autonomous, field-based role.
