Job Summary
This role involves joining an expert team in the Greater Berlin area focused on maintaining and servicing banking automation systems. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the technical repair, maintenance, and commissioning of KEBA Group bank ATMs and associated transfer systems. Key daily activities include managing first-line and escalation deployments guided by a mobile app, collaborating with logistics partners for system commissioning, and providing training to ATM supervisors and cash-in-transit personnel. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification in fields such as electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology, ideally coupled with practical experience servicing self-service systems (hardware and software). The position offers a high degree of autonomy, a company vehicle (including for private use), and the opportunity to work on innovative solutions linking physical and digital worlds.

Experience
- Professional experience with service of self-service systems (hardware and software) is desirable
