Job Summary

As a Banking Automation Service Technician at KEMAS GmbH, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance and repair of KEBA Group ATMs and transfer systems within the Greater Berlin area. Your daily activities involve dispatcher-led service calls managed via a modern mobile app, performing initial commissioning of banking hardware in collaboration with logistics partners, and conducting training for bank staff and security transport personnel. This role is highly autonomous, allowing you to start and end your workday from home with a company vehicle provided for both professional and private use. You will play a critical role in quality improvement by reporting recurring hardware issues and collaborating with external service partners.
