Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT specialist to join a nationwide German IT service company, focusing on 1st and 2nd Level Support for client and server systems in Martinsried. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring network stability, including configuring Sophos Firewalls, and performing diagnostics and resolution of hardware and software issues on Windows systems. A core part of the job involves end-customer support and active participation in the administration and configuration of Office365/Microsoft365 environments. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification, coupled with professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows Server/Client OS, networking fundamentals, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
