Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st Level IT support and customer service within a TechLounge environment and via floorwalks for a leading international IT service provider. The technician will be responsible for creating and summarizing tickets for 2nd Level support, performing fault analysis, and handling hardware support for Windows (Win10/Win11 notebooks), macOS (MacBooks), and iOS devices (iPhones/iPads). Key responsibilities also include managing devices and users in Azure Intune, supporting MS Office and VDI software (Citrix), and assisting with basic software distribution. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training or possess at least one year of relevant IT experience within the last three years, coupled with strong knowledge of at least two current operating systems, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and mobile device setup (Android/iOS). Fluency in both German and English is required to support a diverse user base, ensuring effective and professional IT service delivery.

Completed vocational training (Abgeschlossene Ausbildung) or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • 1 year of practical experience in the IT environment within the last 3 years (if no formal vocational training)
  • Professional experience in customer support (TechLounge/Floorwalk)
  • Experience with current standard client PC hardware and peripherals
  • Experience with MS Office 365 and Virtual Desktops
