This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Technician specializing in onsite and field service, supporting one of Germany's largest IT system houses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial setup and maintenance of client and peripheral devices, managing network cabling (patch panels), and performing workplace device relocations. You will be responsible for installing, returning, and swapping mobile devices, ensuring accurate updates in asset and order systems, and coordinating directly with end-users for device setup. Key qualifications include fundamental networking knowledge, strong expertise in client hardware and peripherals, and proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems.
