Job Summary

As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide critical on-site 1st and 2nd level technical support for clients across the Eastern region of Germany. Your daily responsibilities include performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) during rollouts and hardware migrations. You will be responsible for the configuration and installation of PCs, peripheral devices, and handheld scanners, while also troubleshooting network components and client hardware. Beyond technical tasks, you will provide user training and maintain meticulous service documentation within a ticketing system. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys traveling and direct customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field or a technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level field service support
  • Practical experience in onsite client support and hardware maintenance
  • Proven experience working with current Microsoft products and standard IT hardware
  • Experience in documenting technical activities within professional ticketing systems

  • Valid Class B (Car) driver's license is mandatory. High flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned region are required.
