As a First Level IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries within a leading global IT infrastructure service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve receiving support requests via phone and ticketing systems, performing initial analysis, and resolving standard technical issues related to Windows 10, Microsoft Office, printers, and network connectivity. For more complex problems, you will be responsible for routing tickets to specialized departments while maintaining clear communication with end-users regarding their status. This role is ideal for those with a strong IT affinity who enjoy problem-solving and documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a service-oriented environment, ideally within IT services
  • Alternatively, a completed vocational training qualification in the IT field
  • Experience in handling standard technical malfunctions such as passwords, printers, and software permissions
