Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician joining a sustainably expanding IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology services. The technician will be responsible for providing classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for clients in the Berlin area. Day-to-day tasks include installing operating systems and applications, managing the existing PC inventory, setting up and dismantling new and used hardware, and performing data backups. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with solid knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and fundamental hardware expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover by the client. A company car and mobile phone (with private use allowed) are included, making this an attractive opportunity for a service-oriented IT professional.
