Job Summary

The Professional Content Engineer will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of content for large digital portals, specifically focusing on the Bundesagentur für Arbeit's (BA) online presence. Day-to-day tasks include developing content strategies and roadmaps based on defined user journeys, researching and conceptualizing multimedia website content, and implementing optimization measures for content and user experience (UX). You will also provide technical and professional support to other users and clients regarding content delivery and the application of the Content Management System (CMS). Key qualifications include a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent experience, coupled with fundamental knowledge of SEO, web analytics, accessibility, and data protection regulations.
