Required: Qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service OR a completed university degree in administrative or economic sciences (e.g., Public Management, Business Administration, Commercial Law), the First Juridical State Examination, a Bachelor of Law, or a comparable qualification OR the advanced training qualification 'Verwaltungsfachwirt' (Administrative Specialist/Clerk II)
