Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the Technical Operations Group at the Bundeswehr Service Center in Graben, ensuring the continuous operational readiness of all technical and structural assets. Day-to-day duties include comprehensive personnel management, setting and achieving operational goals, and maintaining strict adherence to occupational safety regulations. A primary focus is the operational management of all media supply and disposal systems (heating, water, air conditioning, IT) for the military base. You will be responsible for planning and supervising maintenance, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, and coordinating contract awards for external maintenance firms. The position requires a university degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.) and the willingness to undergo an extended security clearance (Sabotage Protection). This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours, potential home office, and a competitive salary package, including a potential specialist allowance.

Required Skills

Completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in Civil Engineering, Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field.
